At NonProfit Fiscal Management, diversity, equity, and inclusion are ingrained in everything we do. We believe Black Lives Matter, that abortions are healthcare, and that all people deserve dignity and respect, both here in the United States and abroad. We live those values daily as they are central to our mission, clients’ work, and overall impact.
The recent Supreme Court overturning of Roe v. Wade is a blow to all Americans, particulary women and people with uteruses. As such, we vehemently condemn any decision that puts the lives of female-bodied individuals at risk. Given that we are a distributed workforce, our commitment to affordable healthcare remains a priority for our company, and we will make every effort to protect and support safe and legal access to reproductive healthcare.
